Children’s Short Films from the 2009 F3 at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center, 40 South Carroll Street, Downtown Frederick. Relive some of the most fun kids films from the 2009 Frederick Film Festival’s Children’s Program. Starts at 2pm in the Pavilion at the Delaplaine. Tickets are $5 and are available at the door.
