The 2009 Frederick Film Festival Shorts Collection at the Delaplaine Visual Arts Education Center, 40 South Carroll Street. To get you ready for the 2010 F3 we’re offering a selection of some of the 50 short films that were screened at the 2009 Frederick Film Festival. Come see some of the most creative and inspired short films that play nowhere else! Tickets are $5 and are available at the door.
